Yousaf A. needed a Medium Site Plan to submit to his HOA for approval to build a sports court in the back of his residential property in Ellicott City, Maryland. As Howard County's Department of Planning confirmed that the LOD line was only relevant to the original home construction and no longer applied to new additions, the updated site plan needed to reflect the sports court without that outdated line.
